Anyway today was an excellent day.

First Scottie was good to me in the AM.

Then I talked to my friend Kevin. He’s gonna come out to the barn to look at Cook’s saddle. He wants to see me ride in it which makes me cringe a lil. Cook is 95% perfect. Sometimes however, she likes to … show her ass, for lack of a better phase (anyone? anyone? has anyone witnessed this???). I am hoping that she behaves. Its hard to explain but I look up to Kevin and I don’t want him to be thinking “um, it’s not ur saddle that doesn’t fit… its just you. ur crap!”. LOL. So anyway, I’m riding Sat morn and we will play it by ear to see if the rain holds.

Then I rode during lunch with Ashley and Meredith. I love that. (I missed my in-law Upton but I couldn’t get out that early). Cook was A-W-E…. S-O-M-E! Awesome! aWeSoMe! (that was a shout out for The Office viewers). We popped over a few jumps, nothing major but Cook was way cute. Cantered just as nice as u please. Love that.

So I’m majorly sore tonight and am sleeping with a ‘rita and Ben-gay.
