Rainy Sat and Other Random Crap
I’m trying to lose weight. I started running.
I still rode my horse.
Running + Horsie + Barn Work = Very Sore. I am thinking of making some Ben Gay socks and hiding under the electric blanket.
So enough complaining.
Went out this morning and did the barn with Nikki. It was awesome. I was giddy. Nikki and I are F-A-S-T. We don’t be playin’! Got the barn done in about 2 hours and it was looking pretty good. Friends of a friend came out to visit ponies. The rain held off long enough and I was glad to show a lil girl her first pony.
I didn’t have time to really do anything with Cook but I did manage to get the mud off of her and spend some quiet time with her in her stall. I really like leaning against her side and pressing my ear up to her and listening to her heart beat. Its’ such a strong, steady, slow beat. She nuzzled. Horse Love. Its gonna rain here for 3 days so tomorrow I’m gonna go and wash her tail out. Condition the hell out of it cause it’s dry and dirty.
Changing subjects… my new “YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS GUY” is James Blunt. 2 faves are “Goodbye My Lover” and “Ur Beautiful”. My friend Okie turned me onto him. I know Rick will comment here (he doesn’t like him… but what does Rick know about good music… he knows movies, not music… so music is his job…. pfft!)

well, we’ll see. I’m not really a good runner. But it will drop weight and I know that. I just don’t wanna starve. I’m not dieting but watching what I eat and trying to eat healthier. The only thing I’m really giving up , giving up is French fries.

What are my top 10 secrets
1. Both of my daughters are correct about my habits/beliefs than I want to admit.
2. I love Q more than I love life and everything he says is interesting to me.
3. Music is the one thing I would love to be a part of creating, (if given the opp)
4. I really believed that people had respect for each other until I had a recent rude awakening.
5. I want to win the powerball so badly so that I can just help my family more than I care about helping myself.
6. God’s wondering power is so, “not easy to realize” , sometimes and yet it’s right in the book available to read and understand.
7. Events that happen in your life can completely change the way you react and think daily.
8. I never wanted to become non-trusting of men but that has definately happened. I still love the warm hugs and the closeness but I don’t want to believe anything they say????
9. I really love my sisters and brothers more than they could ever realize. I love being different and
having had the closeness with my nieces and nephews whom are closer in age but I really love my sibblings.
10. The older I get the less wise I am in life. I don’t want to be a constant complainer and be alone
but it seems as if it’s God’s plan for me to be alone.
