I went out during lunch today and Cook had her shoe halfway on. It was extremely loose and looked like she had lost it and then re stepped on it. UGH! I left a message for our farrier. I gotta see what his opinion is. He put extender tabs on her shoes and she is better under saddle than ever! It really offers her more support and I like it! However….. This is the 3rd back shoe she has lost in the last 3 months.

Thanks goodness Mere was there to clip the shoe off. I’m sure it was un-comfortable for her and I didn’t want her to hurt herself with the loose nails.

I went after work and picked up some hoof meds.  I am going to try to stop by before work tomorrow to put meds on her foot.  Her hoof wall is sort of messed up.  Gonna buy some thrush med.

After the tack shop, I went and picked up Scootie.  He drove me to the scrapbook lady to pick up some stuff, went and had dinner, and then drove to get his Jeep, whose residence has been the Lucent parking lot for a few days.

He honestly cracks me up.

The show I love to hate is stupid Sweet Sixteen on MTV.  I think a close 2nd is Tiara Girls.
