Mike Rowe’s comentary is hilarious. I’m amazed he can keep a straight face. Did you see the one where he collected the semen from the QH stud? Had to drool over those horses.

Yeah, they were QH’s. Paid By Chic is a reining and cutting stallion. His sire, Smart Chic Olena, is super famous.

hmm.. maybe they had a different one on the insemination of mares. I swear they were TB’s on SOME dirty jobs. Eric, u remember? he has seen all the DJ’s.

maybe I was watching a different show on breeding. I just remember hearing the line about how alot of TB’s are live covers because they want to protect the line.

Huh, maybe there was one on live cover and one on AI. The show is a fairly recent discovery for me so I haven’t seen a lot of them yet.

I don’t remember. Although, from a bit of google searching it seems AI isn’t allowed for TBs. So i’m betting it was a QH.
Were the TBs on the farrier episode? (wow, i’m down with all the horsie lingo. That’s sad….)

No I believe that it was QH on that episode… the one that I watched wasn’t about collecting the semen…. it was showing the female side of breeding. hmm.. now I’m second guessing myself. I think I saw the TB stuff on another show.
