stil way beautiful weather here. I was still sore but I hopped on 2 anyway… and ironically I feel better. I think it re-stretched out my muscles. So perhaps I should have ridden on monday :-)
on another subject, I have got to drop some weight. I have no room to talk about Cook - we both put weight on over the winter. We both are McFatties. I hope with increased ride time, drinking lots more water and making healthier eating choices may drop some of it off… but honestly those steps will prolly just keep me from gaining MORE. I prolly will have to d-i-e-t. Which I hate. Dread. Despise.
Le sigh.

Don’t utter that four letter word!!!!! I think it ought to be struck from our vocab. But I know how you feel. Word of advice though, some of those water flavor packet thingy’s are really disgusting. I’ve been trying to get more water in me and I thought those would help. Ugh. They were worse than day old water!

19.2 lbs on Weight Watchers in 9 weeks and I dont really watch what I eat. I just to count points. It works.

I definately need to lose weight, too. i’m pretty much hopeing that I’ll lose weight from more riding too. But I also have to do three days a week in the gym now too, for my riding. So that ought to do it…I hope.

ugh, diet. i do need to shed a few pounds myself, though. I’m tryin to eat less (mainly, eat less sweets!) and ride more. course, ridin aint gonna do me much good when i can only walk/some trot.
