had lunch with Theresa. Gosh, its great to always see her. I miss her like crazy.

Went in later in the afternoon. Rode Ami. He was off. not sure what to think right now. Will see what he is like tomorrow. On the behavior front, he was great. On the soundness front, not so great.

Sigh.

(Figured out later, he banged his ankle because he removed his boots in the pasture.  Thank Goodness)

spent the day trying to recover in state of fatigue.. but still having to do barn stuff.

here.  look at a pic.  Rhett and J.  I always try and take pics of them because Rhett’s owner likes to see pictures.  She is a way nice person, and has been a big source of support and encouragement on bringing back Ami.

On the Ami front, I rode him by myself today.  with no eyes on the ground.  He was good.  We went forward.  Progress.

went to Southern pines to Hassinger’s clinic …  went with Kit to take Matador (horse I showed  in my  first dressage show).

Not great news.  Will have to have surgery more than likely.

All the horses did well.  We had a baby that did his first dressage tests!  he made it around!  yay!

traveling to Tennessee today.

gotta get to the barn to pack, bathe, clip, etc.

so I didn’t get to sleep in.

Had to go take care of horses at the barn.   except I got there, I was in slow motion mode, so we had an un-productive day.  I even napped in the car, ’cause I was so fricking tired.

Its’ like Christmas!

I am taking the morning off.. and sleeping in.
