nothing much happening.  today was un-eventful, even slow.  I actually cleaned some tack.

later in the week will pick up.

next week - craziness ensues.  We have a show coming up.  So this is the calm before the storm.  Gonna get to travel in the next few months.  I’ll let you know where, when.  Need to buy a new camera or get Eric to buy a new one and gimme his old crappy one.  :-)

wow, I’m on a streak of really un-interesting posts.

There is a storm coming in. So with bad weather, the horses get a little fresh, spooky.

Today was no exception.

I’m exhausted. It’s 5:40 and I thinking of napping. The horses wore me out today.

Tig’s baby was born early this AM. I have no pictures because my camera is on the blink. Cute. Filly.

have nothing earth shattering to tell. horsies were good. ami got a bath. he doesn’t like for me to mess with his sheath, even though it’s way crusty. j and b were fun.

all is quiet on the western front.

First let me tell you about yesterday.

It was NOT our day.  (me and B).

Nothing went right.  I went to pick up my necklace and the place was closed due to a family emergency.  Our trip to Southern pines was canceled.  A horse cut himself and had to get stitches.  It was just ridiculous.

So today we ran through a couple of sets in the morning and went to Southern Pines to take care of some business.  It was nice.  The farm where we were at was GORGEOUS.  I loved it!    It was so dreamy, exactly what I would want if I had unlimited $$.

One of the things that happened yesterday was that a person at the barn who is new, heard stories about Cook and I, and asked some questions about her.  Said that she had heard about how close we were.  Felt like she knew her.  Wanted to see a picture of her.

It was hard.

I talked to her yesterday and ended up crying hard.  But today, I did show her a picture of Cook.  When I was looking through pictures, it was weird - I knew every inch of Cook but looking at the pictures of us is like looking at someone else… like it was so long ago.  I can’t explain it.  I have tons of pictures hung everywhere of Cook but they have become so much a part of my house, that I don’t notice them anymore.  So when I was faced with picking out a picture to show the person, it was difficult to look through them.

Talk about un-motivated.  We were gonna roadtrip it to Southern Pines today but it got canceled.  So we took off early from the barn.   It’s like 1pm now and I think I’m going to actually… take a nap.  a nice little nap.

No stories to tell.

I hugged Ami HARD today.  Hugged and hugged him.  Hoping he will love me.  I’m like a pathetic, stalker girlfriend.  Please, please love me.  I just want your love.
